KidStoryHub.com is committed to customer satisfaction. However, because of the nature of digital products, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations
Payment that has already been paid for cannot be canceled after the payment is done and the download link is sent.
- Refund Policy
The only effective reason to cancel a refund is that it is a digital item.
Refunds will only be heard for certain reasons, and these are:
- It was an error of delivering the wrong product.
- The down link is broken and there is no way to fix it within 7 days.
- Payments that are made more than once.
- Refund Request Process
In case a refund is needed, it must be sent to support@kidstoryhub.com within 7 days of purchase.
- You must include your order number and the detailed description of the problem.
- Of which some will be, the refund will be processed in 7 working days.
- No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be processed for cases which change your mind because there is no way of returning the payment made.
